Typing Assistant (English) provides a helpful assistant that can recognize and automatically complete our most frequently used words, thus saving us much precious time. This utility can also complete long sentences. We can enter full phrases by pressing a predefined hotkey or by entering some first characters. This application also features a spell checker that can be set to auto-correct our most common spelling mistakes. This program's auto-completion capabilities prove very useful when filling forms, questionnaires, writing circular letters, and writing a great deal of documents.
This program can be used in several languages (there are even varieties of English in the included dictionaries: Basic English, Common English, or Medical English). In this new version, it is also possible to increase the number of words in the dictionaries by typing them or by importing the contents of any given text. This program will also auto-learn words as we type them, so it will complete even the yet unknown words the next time we start typing them. For security reasons, the dictionaries are encrypted; and for the same security purposes we can add those words that we do not wish to be suggested (like passwords, for instance).
The free trial version is fully functional for 3 weeks. This program runs under the following operating systems: Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003, 2000, and NT. |
- Excellent tool for an affordable price.
- Trial version.
- Multi-language.
